Return Process
We will accept most products when returned in new, unused, and marketable condition within 30 days of payment. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Clearance items or other items specified as non-returnable are not returnable under this policy. To return an item, first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returned items without proper RMA numbers may be rejected.

Return Exclusions
Any factory sealed item that has been opened.
RMAs
RMA numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. Once you receive an RMA number, please send the item(s) to WINSOL immediately.
Refused Shipments/ Insufficient Address
If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded less the shipping expense and a 15% restocking fee.
Item Return
Customer must carefully pack items being returned, as if they were new. Failure to do so may invalidate the RMA. Please contact info@winsol.com to initiate the return process. Products must be returned to our facility within 14 days of RMA issuance. Returns will be sent to 1417 NW 51st St., Seattle, WA 98107.

Orders will be refunded directly back to the original form of payment. All customer returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
