APC-120 MULTI-PURPOSE CLEANING CONCENTRATE - Multi-use deodorizing cleaner.  It is safe for washing walls, woodwork, windows, carpets and furniture to get rid of the greasy soot associated with home and business fires, yet is safe for even delicate crystal dish cleaning and art restoration.  Your choice for when you hope to clean without repainting.

Dilute 1 ounce to 3- 4 gallons of water for a superior non-streaking window cleaner, 1 - 2 ounces per gallon for light soiling on hard surfaces,  2 - 4 ounces for carpets and upholsteries and 8 - 12 ounces for heavily stained surfaces.   APC-120 will provide you with powerful degreasing and soot removal while remaining gentle on your hands.  Depending upon the severity of the damage you can clean up to 5000 Sq. Ft. per gallon.
 

CLEANS ALL INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTH CLEANER - An alkaline based all purpose cleaner designed for deep cleaning all floors, walls, woodwork and appliances during disaster clean-up.  Terrific as a pre-painting preparation to remove soot, mask odors and roughen the surface to receive the new paint.  Recommended for saving time when you plan on repainting.

Variable dilution ratios allows CLEANS ALL   to be fine tuned to restore most any hard surface.  Whether used in hand scrubbing, mop and bucket cleaning, automatic scrubbers or in power washing CLEANS ALL will safely and cost effectively get the job done.  Depending on dilution one gallon will clean up to 7,000 square feet.

SPICE FIRE RESTORATION DEODORIZER - SPICE is a mal odor counteractant and absorber with a fresh, spicy scent.  Not a cleaner, SPICE is designed to destroy airborne smoke odors, its special formula engulfs bad odors and takes them out of your way for instant temporary relief. Spice is benign, pH neutral and may be used to help deodorize any room or to help with items you have to launder.

As a spray add 4 ounces to a gallon of water to spray in the air or you may mix 4 - 6 ounces to a gallon of any water based cleaner.  When washing smoke contaminated clothes, drapes or other material 1 - 2 ounces per washer load will help eliminate odors.  One gallon of concentrate can deodorize over 800, 000 cubic feet of air space.

VERSITOL - Designed to remove all types of soils and deposits that can leave lingering smoke odors in clothing, drapes and other washable textiles.  Used by major fire departments and volunteer firefighters all over the world to clean turnout gear and station clothing.  VERSITOL is safe for all water safe fabrics in hand or machine washing and contains no harmful solvents or dangerous chemicals.  VERSITOL will remove most visible hydrocarbons and the toxins they contain.

Hand washing: Mix 1 - 2 ounces of VERSITOL in a basin or tub with sufficient water to cover garments. Agitate, rinse thoroughly and air dry.
Machine washing: Add 1 ounce of VERSITOL per 10 pound capacity of machine.
