We were asked by some of our warehouse customers to develop a specific type of floor cleaner designed for active distribution warehouse floors. You know the type, 35 forklifts racing between stacks of pallets of merchandise in a rush to unload, sort and reload a never-ending supply of retail goods to market.

What we developed for our customers is a USDA 4-A floor cleaner that works in most any power floor scrubber from hand machines to the large ride-on floor cleaning machines. Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner requires 2 ¾ cups to fully charge a 55 gallon tank on a driven floor machine with all the cleaning power you will ever need.  And it’s available in all the sizes and quantities that will economically fit your cleaning budget while also fitting neatly into any janitors closet or maintenance room.

Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner is safe enough for food distribution warehouses and club stores yet strong enough to dissolve greasy spills and in conjunction with our Floor Spotter will remove even the heaviest forklift tire marks from sealed floors and painted lines. In addition, we built it to be fast and easy to mix; to dry virtually residue free; leave a healthy, clean shine; and clean all types of warehouse floors in only one pass.
 


Warehouse Floor Cleaner Usage
 

  • Fill main tank with clean water
  • Add the indicated amount of HD WAREHOUSE FLOOR CLEANER concentrate to main tank
  • Scrub floors according to cleaning procedures
  • Drain tanks completely and flush with clean water
