BROAD SPECTRUM CLEANER DISINFECTANT
WINSOL’s I D O Cleaner, Disinfectant and Sanitizer is a concentrated,
broad spectrum Iodophor used as a one step cleaner-disinfectant and rinse
free sanitizer designed for multiple applications in and around the fire
station, for emergency medical technicians and in hospitals.
Today’s fire fighter has many problems to deal with. One of the greatest
concerns is blood borne pathogens including HIV-1 and Tuberculosis.
WINSOL gives emergency personnel a disinfectant which will kill HIV-1 and
Tuberculosis on precleaned surfaces previously soiled with blood and/or
body fluids.
I D O may be used on all surfaces common to modern fire and emergency
technicians. I D O may be used for hand sanitizing without rinsing. Safe
for use on SCBA, face shields and helmets on location and at the station
or the hospital.
Meets NFPA 1581 Fire Department Infection Control Program requirements

Spent/waste solutions of I D O are biodegradable and may be disposed
of in a sanitary sewer.

walls, thermometers, catheters, floors, face masks, rubber gloves and almost
any hard or porous surface environment.
